Thank you for shopping at Prime Honeys. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, and processing time may take several business days depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Certain products such as custom, personalized, digital, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
